Farm Advisor
The Farm Advisor is in charge of establishing research and education programs that meet agriculture and natural resource needs of Tuolumne County residents. There is a great potential for UCCE research and education to contribute to our quality of life in Tuolumne county at this time of rapid change and increased awareness of what we stand to lose with unprecedented growth.

Master Gardener
Trained volunteers provide advice and support for local gardeners. Tuolumne County has a vibrant, active Master Gardener program with 75 volunteers who extend science-based knowledge about residential lawn and garden management to home gardeners.

The Farm Advisor works to develop and extend knowledge about forest stewardship and fuel reduction that can make living in Tuolumne County's flammable forests, woodlands, shrublands, and grasslands safe, ecologically sound, and even profitable.
